Alongside the mission of the General Conference Education Department, and in accordance with the Church Manual, the goal of the Education Department at the United African SDA Church is to promote and coordinate efforts to generate support for Christian education. The aim of Adventist education is to cultivate a true knowledge of God, a fellowship and companionship with Him in study and service, and a likeness to Him in character development. The UASDAC Education Department partners with the global effort to transmit to students the Church’s ideals, beliefs, attitudes, values, habits and customs through programming that encourages Christ-centered physical, mental and spiritual growth. We additionally seek opportunities to partner with Youth and Family Ministries to reiterate that Adventist education begins at home, and to help nurture and support students attending non-Adventist schools and Adventist schools alike.
